Those
who argues that JESUS CHRIST is yet to come with His Kingdom have to ignore a
lot of Scripture to conclude that He is yet to come with His Kingdom: JESUS said Himself: “Verily I say unto you, There be some
standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man
coming in his kingdom.” Matthew 16:28
When
JESUS told His disciples to pray, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in
earth, as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10 The coming of the Kingdom was still future.
And
Mark said: ”When he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God
should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with
observation:” Luke 17:20
JESUS taught that the Kingdom is not visible to natural eyes.
He told Nicodemus: “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see thekingdom of God .”
John 3:3 Christ's
kingdom is not of this world and never will be. Jesus told Pilate,
" Jesus
answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my
kingdom were of this world, then would
my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my
kingdom not from hence. John 18:36
He told Nicodemus: “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
“And
I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.” Revelation 21:2
“When
they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou
at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel ? And he
said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the
Father hath put in his own power. But ye shall receive power, after that the
Holy Ghost is come upon you:” Acts 1 :6-8
Paul
said: “For the kingdom
of God is not meat and
drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.” Romans
14:17
And
JESUS continued by saying: “And ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem , and in all Judaea , and in Samaria ,
and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And
when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a
cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven
as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand
ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into
heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Acts
1:9-11
Amen and Amen!!
